How to hide field with text shown before in blog metadata date and author ?

In the metadata « date » I don’t want the field : "publication" to appear
And in the metadata « author » I don’t want the field «écrit par» (written by, in english) but just the author 's name to appear.

Unfortunately, there is no such option to edit metadata descriptions.

You can search for this option in your Joomla admin panel.
