I'm using Nicepage desk version and I want to import-export my content to Wordpress builder in 000webhost.com.
Hi,
This is the instruction from the built-in WordPress import/export tool. Nicepage uses a different mechanism for content importing.
For exporting the content and theme into WordPress refer to our documentation material:

In Nicepage Desktop App, you can export your content to WordPress (also available in the Free Starter Plan), but you can't import it back from WordPress to Nicepage.
