Ask a Question

Hi

One of our developers installed Nicepage plugin in a WordPress website without White Labelling it. The design work is almost completed.

Is it possible to white label it now? Will it affect the design we have already done? Please advise.

Regards
Yogi

Hi Yogesh,

You need to alter the White Label options in the desktop application and export Plugin with Content. Then disable the Nicepage plug-in on the site, use the Plugin >> Add New option, upload the new white label plug-in, install and activate it, but do not import the content to save your edits made on the live site.
We recommend to make a backup before that.

After I exported jus the theme and imported this into Wordpress, the theme was using the right (whitelabel) data and logo.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening. Or in other words, to get it right from the start?

Then I will use this method.
Tnx for support Hella ;-)

Hi,

Sorry, but I do not get the issue completely. You have exported the theme, installed it on the site and it was using the White Label settings. Looks like everything was working as it should. Maybe a more detailed explanation and some screenshots would be helpful.
