Once again, we do not support reCaptcha v2, that's the one with I'm not a robot checkbox. We provide the reCaptcha v3 integration, it does not add any checkboxes to the form, it works differently, when you see the reCaptcha badge on your page (after publishing the site), then it works on your site.

I understand that and will be willing to do it.
The issue I have is WHAT do I do AFTER I insert them so that people cannot just use bots to spam me but verify they are human...lol
I would truly appreciate a step by step instruction on how to integrate them on the messaging block.
NOT HOW TO GET THEM FROM GOOGLE AND HOW TO PUT THEM IN THE Google Settings of my Site but how to integrate them so that a person needs to prove they are not a robot...
Like where to add - what code to do this or that.
An example would be very helpful

We do not provide an option to insert the reCaptcha V2 to ur form, we have the option to add reCaptcha V3 and that can be done by obtaining the v3 eys from Google (note, the keys should be obtained for the specific domain) and then inserting them under the Site Settings >> Google tab.
