Change footer text from theme

Hi there.
Should be simple but I can't figure it out:
I want to modify the footer and move/change text and link " WordPress Theme created with WordPress Website Builder . "
According to Wordpress documentation this can usually be done using Theme Customizer - Footer option. But this seems not available in Nicepage themes.
I don't really want to go as deep as modifying "Footer.php" in the Theme modules.
Is there a way to change this otherwise? I am fine with a link to Nicepage, but it doubles the height of the footer and does not fit the overall page design.
I neither had any luck with the Nicepage App.

Hello Reinhard,

Have you tried through Site Settings >> General tab >> uncheck the "Made in Nicepage" option?

Hi.
Thanks for the hint. It works when I uncheck from the app.
Is this option also available from Nicepage plugin? The initial template was uploaded to the website with this option checked. All further modifications to the pages happens via the plugin. And there seems to be no way to export the theme back into the app - where I would be able to uncheck the box for this theme.
I would not mind leaving text and link to Nicepage (it's just fair to have the reference) but as I said, it doubles the height of the footer.

Yes. This option works from the plugin as well. Unfortunately, there's no possibility to export your site from the plugin for now.
