Hello,
Thank you for contacting us regarding this question.
Unfortunately, Nicepage does not provide any build-in-specific improvements for page accessibility at this moment.
But you can use the appropriate plug-ins for WordPress/Joomla that will implement the desired options or additional code for that.
We fully support and understand the need for additional features and working to improve the provided services.
Let us know if you have any further questions.

Accessibility is a must have as it will be enforced by law in all Europe by mid 2025. It could be useful to know Nicepage is working towards making the code accessible by default. This will the only way to publish a website in Europe in the future.
Lots of clients are asking for it. It would be nice to be reassured you're working on it :)
Is there an accessible template that conforms to WCAG 2.1?
It's only for Public authorities... Btw just use a plugin

Thank you for bringing up such an important topic! You are correct. Accessibility is becoming a legal and essential requirement in Europe and many other regions, and we understand how critical this is for developers and clients.
If you have specific accessibility requirements or suggestions, we’d love to hear them so that we can better meet your needs. Your feedback is invaluable; we'll share it with our development team.

Hi, has anything changed regarding Accessibility for Nice Page since the last post?
Sergiusz
All content and controls must be fully usable via keyboard, including visible focus indicators, no keyboard traps, support for skip-to-content links, and a logical focus order. Screen reader compatibility must be guaranteed by using correct ARIA roles and attributes, meaningful ARIA labels for navigation and buttons, live regions for status updates and error messages, and by avoiding unnecessary or incorrect ARIA usage. The output should work reliably with common assistive technologies such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.
Forms must include proper labels for all fields, accessible and understandable error messages, clearly marked required fields, screen reader–friendly help texts, and accessible alternatives to captchas. For media and content, alt text must be mandatory for images, videos should support subtitles and audio descriptions, information must never be conveyed by color alone, and the layout must remain usable when content is scaled up to 200%.
Design requirements include automatic contrast checking, warnings for insufficient contrast in the editor, scalable font sizes, accessible color palettes, and clearly visible focus styles. Nicepage should also include built-in accessibility validation, provide error and warning notifications, export projects with an accessibility report, show accessibility status per project, and generate audit-ready documentation for customers and authorities.
Finally, Nicepage should offer a WCAG-compliant export mode, guarantee validated source code, provide an accessibility score per page, include a central accessibility dashboard, and give maintenance and improvement recommendations so that long-term compliance can be ensured.
