Change the order of the pages

They removed that ability.
Just change your menu items to the order you want.

PLEASE EXPLAIN, Why do you remove things. I really don't understand Nicepage. Why not leave things as they are. This applies also to other things. Let me guess, your response is "they are not popular". If something is not popular or used often leave things as they are!!!. Other people will use it.

Please add this feature ASAP on the dashboard so that I can arrange my pages. NEVER remove things just because it is not popular. Leave it as they are.

Thanks for the reply Nicepage. Let me share something with you. Please do NOT remove features that are useful and helpful. I am designing a couple of websites and need to change the order but CANNOT do so now.

As a Web designer software competitor do not remove features. It will hurt you in the future and people will look elsewhere. Nicepage should have all these features whether people use them or not. Currently 300+ features on your website. Adding this and all those remove features you can boast by saying 400+ (if you want to).

Why was this not in the latest update? I really need to adjust my pages and not in alphabatical order or anything. I used to click on the tab above and move it around.

The Sorting option is still available:

Please note that this option is to sort pages on the Nicepage dashboard. It has no relation to the order of pages in the menu, for example. You can change the order of menu items in the way you need under the Menu settings.

The sorting option does not work for me. I have a project with many pages and I would like to arrange it nicely. Before next to the home, I could click on the page and drag and move it around. Now I cannot. Date created, edited, name etc does not help me much but at the same time it does not effect my work.

It would be nice to have the feature back.

Also as mentioned, please do not remove features just because people are not using it or it is not popular. It's like a video library, if people are not watching a movie does not mean you remove it from the library.

Exactly.
The sliding mechanism itself is already used in Nicepage, e.g. in menu order settings - I just move the name to another place, or rearrange the order of photos in the gallery - I move the photo to another place in the gallery.

The same should happen in the page view, I just grab the thumbnail of the page and move it to a different place in the order.
As it was before in Nicepage.
I also don't understand why this feature was removed.
It bothers me that I cannot order the pages manually.
I know that this does not affect the layout of the pages in the menu, but I would like to have the thumbnails visually arranged in the same order as in the menu and not in the order I was creating the next pages (like now setting by date).
Please Nicepage - restore back the manual page ordering function in the page thumbnail view. (you probably have the code for that somewhere).

Thank you for letting us know the reason for removing it. I was under the assumption that you removed it because it was not popular and not being used.

PLEASE in the future in all the updates notes, please let us know what features you have removed. Also mention that you removed such a feature due to technical issues or other issues. That way people don't keep asking you again and here. Thank you.
