Hi Markus,
Unfortunately it is not possible to set individual text color for each responsive view in Text control.

well this would be a feature request:
- ability to set individual text colors, texts, background colors

Thank you for your request, we will add this to our wishlist.
However, there are some options that you can change for each responsive view. For example, Paragraph Style, Font, Size, Weight, Line Height, and Letter Spacing. What is more, you can hide elements on different responsive views.
