I do NOT work for Nicepage, I'm just a user, but thought I would try and help.
NicePage is not a domain registrar, they offer software, and hosting. So if you have purchased the Online Builder and Hosting package, you need to do a DNS (Domain Name Server) change to point your domain to the NicePage server which they would have provided to you when you signed up for hosting.
You do not transfer a domain and if you want to keep a domain name, never let it expire.
EXAMPLE:
I buy all my domains through GoDaddy (I never use GoDaddy for hosting) just to manage all my domains.
I then buy hosting with a hosting provider, I have numerous providers and servers.
I log into my GoDaddy account and point my domain to the web hosting server via DNS.
So I suggest you create an account with a domain registrar (you can pick any) and do a "domain transfer" to the registrar and then you can point it to your Nicepage hosting.
