iFrame shows thin border

Is the issue visible inside the editor in the desktop application? In this case please attach your theme exported as a Project and point where we could find the problem border.

By HTML standards Iframe Tag is by default have a border property.
So browsers automatically add common properties to Iframe Tag you added to your website.

Unfortunately, we do not support custom code, but we can advise adding some custom CSS to set styles to your Iframe element.
