Create a Grid in responsive mode which retains its image size and placement for all devices

I have tried to create a grid 2 X 4. The first cell contains an image, the second and third cell contains the centered text. The 4th Cell contains an image. The images should be centered and remain centered on all devices. The cell sizes height and breadth should remain unchanged.
Presently I have to check the design of each block for each and every display device. This is quite time-consuming
Is there any way to make the work easier by Css or other methods?
If so have you examples of the same?
