Nicepage App slow

Dear Support,

I've noticed that when I use either a small video on a page or a image\picture gallery (small Kb's), my Nicepage App becomes very slow...

I can't disconnect my Internet connectivity nor Antivirus application due to work & safety, as my computer has lots of resources left (CPU, RAM, Disk) which can't be the issue either

Additionally looking at the other Forum-entries... it seems that I'm not the only one :-(.

Please advise on how to continue or fix this.

We are constantly working on performance improvement. Meanwhile, please try disabling the Firewall and antivirus temporarily. Does it change the performance speed? Also, does the app slow down if you have a blank website with no elements or it's happening with a website that has lots of elements and blocks?
