Ask a Question

I want to have a button. Click on the button and some extra hidden text appears click again and the text disappears, it is hidden again. I have done this before using javascript. Can this be done in nicepage
For instance, I have a picture and the name of a person and a button with + on it. If the user clicks on the plus button then a small piece of text appears underneath the name and photo. Click again and the text disappears. I can go to another page to do this but if I want just a small one or two extra lines to appear. http://articulate.xyz/About.html

If not is this ok for the wish list?

Hi,

Unfortunately, Nicepage does not support such a feature but we can add your request to our wish list.

Alternatively, on your Nicepage Desktop, you may click ADD and select HTML where you can add any custom HTML and JavaScript to create a button and hidden text.

Dear Nicepage,

This is one of the reasons I never resubscribed for the second year.
You fail to understand that TABS, ACCORDIONS, COLLAPSE are standard design elements used in websites.

Example, customer asked me to moderize his website, but it has collapsible text and FAQ - now I cant do the website because Nicepage is a basic @#itch

Hi,

Please consider using more polite words in this forum.
And regarding your question, we have made the voting last year to see what our customers want the most, you can see the results here:
https://nicepage.com/doc/article/52156/nicepage-update-1-0-to-2-0-november-25-2019-voting-results-joomla-position-in-the-off-canvas-panel

The tab control was in the bottom so you can see that it is not requested by a lot of users and we want to prioritize the requested features. So now we have added more possibilities for the Form control.

I was able to ADD the needed HTML code by selecting the BLOCK adding the HTML element and inserting the needed HTML code to give me the show / hide function.
