Modal Popup in Wordpress

Hello,
my question is about the "modal popups", i have made a test direct in html page, and the popups always works, "at timer", "at exit page" and also by "clicking a button".
I try do use the same theme direct in word press an the only way it works is with "click on a button".
Is there any special configuration in wordpress nessesary ?

No, other options should also work in the plug-in, it's an issue on our end and our developers are working on it.
