Problem With Menu in Wordpress Plugin

Good evening I have a Pro Edition account, I have several problems with using Nicepage on Wordpress. First I can't make a menu with sub-elements. As you can see in the photos in the creation area it can be seen correctly, with the arrow to make the sub elements appear. Once published, the menu looks like in photo two. I have been trying to solve this problem for many hours but I can't get out of it. Can you help me? Secondly, I have another problem even more important than the previous one: many times it does not update the site anymore, in the sense that I continue to work in the editing area and when I publish the site does not see the changes. In that case I have to reload the page, he tells me that there are unsaved changes (in fact in these cases he doesn't even save), I restart the page losing the various changes and then I can redo them again, in that case when I export everything is saved . How can I solve?

Hello Stefano,

About the first question, could you please provide us access to your CMS to investigate menu behavior.

About the second problem, please be assured that nothing is blocking Nicepage (especially security programs).
Then if the saving problem happens, please open the Console tab and check if there are any errors, if so, attach this screen as well.

Good Evening, thank you for the reply. I temporarily solved the problem by creating the theme directly with the windows application and importing the theme in wordpress. By doing so, I no longer have the black box under the menus. The problem with this solution is that the site's has become very heavy. Compared to the original theme google pagespeed detects a significant drop in performance due to a lot of unused css in the theme. If you want I can provide you with the login credentials to the wordpress domain. Let me know if I need to send you an email or can I write it here

The problem of saving continues, hours spent creating content, at the top it says saved, when in reality it does not save anything. I go to publish the page and I don't see the changes. I go back to the edit section and I'm there. I go back to the pages section of wordpress and it tells me that there are some changes that have not been saved (the hours of work spent creating the page). About the second problem, please be assured that nothing is blocking Nicepage (especially security programs).

Hi Stefano,

The issue with the menu is usually caused by the third-party themes, so indeed installing Nicepage theme solves the issue.

As for the saving problem, could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them if some server security settings or PHP limits are causing the issue with saving. If they do not see any issues in logs then provide an access to the site backend.
