Grids usually used for grouping content and for mobile responsive view.
Using grids you can create different page layouts with help of rows and cells and be assured that your text will be adaptive and cells of the grid in mobile view will adapt in one vertical line, the cell below the cell.

Group usually used to make your text easy to read for users of your website (because using group you are able to manage text length) and to combine several elements (like: Title, text, button) inside one group that will adapt in small screens.
