form doesnt work for me no way in WP

Hello guys,

I am trying to run my form on page but it doesnt work any way.
1. using Contact form 7 is not ok
2. Send email with PHP script is also not working
3. URL is resultless
4. Mailchimp is not interesting for my purposes and I am not disposed to pay for something I dont need

I prepared my own script submit.php and located it in "/wp-content/themes/conrete-theme/" and set it in settings, but it doesnt work
I am frustrated cause of it

Could you, please, describe more details on the issues you're having? What error messages do you get when testing the contact form and Send Email option? Also, make sure to check these articles 1,2,3,4,5

I solved the problem with shortcode :-)

The only issue is, that the height of shortcode I cannot predict so I cannot set the height exactly and 100vh isnt okay, because the form is small :-(

You can change the height and width in the side panel.
