Redirect after form submit not working

Hello I use contact form 7 here:
https://urodzinydladziecka.pl/impreza-dla-dzieci-termin/

After submitting it doesn't redirect.

I have existing success page. I have correct URL.

What seems to be the problem?

LOL. I don't know how. But know it worked. I played around recaptacha settings (deleted) and published. Now it works :P
I added recaptacha manually to CF7.
