Thanks for using Nicepage! Clarify please, do you mean the line under menu items?

If yes, it is not possible to make such a line in Nicepage. However, you can add it in the HTML control that you can find in Elements or you can edit CSS in this section:

When you click on a menu like ETUDIER or TRAVAILLER, you will find that the menu look a a tab with column.
I tried to add the tab element inside the header as a menu, it works almost fine, just that I can't fixed that tab, it keeps scrolling with the page.

any idea ?
