Hello, I have recently published the template of the site I created for a company and I realized that opening the site from the phone the site becomes a complete disaster, not only is it no longer responsive but it is no longer navigable at all!

If from the phone I set the browser to open web pages in desktop mode, the site is displayed fairly correctly, on the other hand if the phone browser is left normal then without viewing the pages in desktop mode the site becomes unsavable.

Below I am attaching the photos, I hope you are able to solve this problem because in 2021 the websites are mainly viewed via smartphone so it would be a serious damage to your image to have such an ugly site.

Hi Gerardo,

I see this issue on my side. It looks like all styles are missing from the page. The HEAD section is truncated and missing almost all styles. Please check all third-party Joomla components and plugins installed on your website. It looks like one of them is causing this issue and removes everything in a mobile browser. This could be a plugin or component for optimizing mobile view or page performance.

Thank you very much for your support, actually looking in the extensions one of these was in conflict with the mobile version of the site, I proceeded by removing the extension now the mobile part works correctly.

I hope you can fix the blog post issues that are causing me a lot of problems soon!
