como edito mis paginas en wordpress tras subir mi proyecto Nicepage desde FTP?

subiendo el proyecto mediante FileZilla, en que carpeta debo subirlo?

ya he mirado muchas veces ese articulo. pero no resuelve mi pregunta.
yo se subir los archivos por FileZilla. pero dentro de que carpeta?

si decido exportarlo mediante FTP, se sube pero luego no aparecen las paginas en wordpress.
entonces si pudiera subir el archivo aportado como carpetas (opción wordpress) luego necesito saber en que directorio debo pegarlas usando FileZilla.

como veis en la foto, no es posible seleccionar la casilla pages & editor plugin si lo subo mediante FTP.

As you see on the FTP export screen, the export is available for the Theme only. You need to load it to the corresponding folder in your WP installation (usually the wp-content/themes). But that will upload the theme only. The plug-in and content should be exported separately from the desktop application as a zip file and then uploaded and correctly imported using the WP tools as explained in our documentation.

si he visto, pero si el archivo content es muy grande, wordpress se bloquea (incluso ampliando la memoria PHP) y no deja subirlo.
por lo que siempre me veo obligado a crear una web limitada en cuanto a fotos y demás, para que no pese mucho.
lo que al final, se reduce en limitaciones a la hora de usar la version desktop.

Probably you have some limitations on the hosting server that does not allow to upload and install large files. You can contact your hosting provider about this issue.
Also we can suggest to create the content on the live site using the plug-in.
