Maybe this will help you try to replicate the error:

I am adding the social icon directly from the plugin in Wordpress and not through the application.
The problem seems to manifest only when the social icon is added to the footer.

This is not the first time that the footer block has given me problems. I previously reported another bug related to hyperlinks, which fortunately you were able to replicate and fix.

I see the problem with the Social icons control added to the Footer. I will ask our developers about the problem.
Meanwhile you can consider editing the Header and Footer in the desktop application and then export the new Theme on your site with the updated Social Icons.
