Another BUG please respond

So I follow your tutorial about adding a position in joomla page, I need to add a module,
When I go to the module the drop down menu does not show the position I just created using your editor. I did created the position and gave it a name. So you have another bug. It doesn't work as intended can you fix, do you have a sokution or should I just give up with your software and just post my findings in social media and reviews.

Hi,

Are you creating the module position in the content using the plug-in on the site? If yes, make sure that you have another existing position in the theme with the same name. That is shown in this tutorial:
https://nicepage.com/doc/76096/custom-position-in-content-with-extension

If the issue is different, we would need more details. Like an access to your site backend and the step-by-step instruction of how you are adding the position.
