If you have the same or similar content available under different URLs, you can use canonical tags to specify which version is the main one and, thus, should be indexed. You can read more at https://ahrefs.com/blog/canonical-tags/.

Yes, I believe I have similar content under different urls - so I should fill out the field for the webpage > Page Settings > Page Properties > SEO > "Canonical" and add the canonical tag in this area?

Hi,

You can add the link itself under the Page Settings >> SEO tab. There is no need to add the whole link code.
