I would like to upload this themes to my hosting account with 'Hostgator'. What should I do to make this happen from the desktop version software?

Vote to pay developers attention to this features or issue.

Please read the following:

Export HTML website as folder
Copy files from that folder to the folder on hosgator that points to your domain name.
