Why are some of my images not appearing on website?

I have added pictures to an element, and these are not appearing on my website at the bottom? 1st picture is in Nicepage, 2nd picture is on website.

If you are using Joomla, do you have the latest version?
There were supposedly some image fixes made.

Try this. Open your browser and press Control + F5 to refresh the cache.

Hi MerlinAZ, yes it does appear to be a caching issue and it seems to be Safari only that's doing it. Bizarre. Thanks
