As I see, you have a Business license. Have you logged in with the same account as here? Let me know if there is any error message about that. If yes, attach a screen shot.

Hello,

Please note that 5 sites mean - that you only can have 5 websites at the same time on Nicepage Dashboard.
You could export your website, delete it from Nicepage Dashboard and start a new project without any problems.
If you have more questions - we will be happy to help, but in this case please create a separate Topic.

I have a licence unlimited with whitelabeling , but I'm working in a new desktop version "Windows (6.0.3)" and now doesn't work properly, which version is main so I can continue working freely> the Error has been attached> please answer ASAP

Hi,

Probably you have installed the latest version that was not included in your free updates period. After the installation, your projects were updated with this latest version and now you cannot open them with the old application version. Please consider using backups from your computer and use the old versions of your projects. Backups are created automatically on each application update if you do not manually switch them off.
