Why the high of a section cannot be modified manually?
exemple : a section with 60 pixel high in the editing mode will be changed on the webside or the preview side in 123 high

Unfortunately, your question is not quite clear to me. Section Height can be changed on the Section tab or using markers directly in the editor. Both options work ok on my side and the value is not changing if I make a preview. Please explain the issue in more details including screenshots.

This looks that there was a need to reset the responsive mode, and this feature is implemented and will be releazed in one of the nearest updates.
