When I type letters in footer text typing parts, some cells are not selected to type letters.

The content of the Position control cannot be changed. Position control creates a position/widget area for CMSmodules/widgets. It does not create modules.
The same is related to the Templates. They are parts of the theme. Templates are applied to the corresponding CMS pages and display real CMS content. So, the Desktop application displays a dummy text which cannot be changed.
