If you need to translate the button on the Nicepage page with Blog Posts control for example, then you need to translate the Nicepage plugin and add the translation of the Read more phrase.
If you need to add the translation of the Read more button on the Blog page (native WP page), then you will need to add localization for the Nicepage Theme and add the translation of the Read more phrase.
If you still have any difficulties, please create a private case, provide temporary access to the WP admin panel and specify the page with the Read more button.
