Ask a Question

Every time that I start NicePage, I now get a non-website created. I had moved my Nicepage folder to a shared network drive where I could access projects from either my Mac or my PC. Anyhow, I now get this website on my dashboard. If I don't delete it, then I get another instance of it in my dashboard. However when I delete one of the sites with the error on it all of them go away, but they reappear when I start Nicepage again.

Lemuel,

1) Please close Nicepage on both Windows and Mac
2) Backup and then remove all sites from Nicepage projects folder
3) Start Windows version
4) Create a site and close application
5) Start Windows version again
Is it working OK now?

1) Close Nicepage app
2) Move one site from backup one to one to Nicepage folder
3) Start Windows version again
Is it working OK now?

Do this for other sites until you find a site that is not loading correctly.

Send us this site, we will try to fix it.

And please note, that only one instance of Nicepage can access projects at the same time, otherwise your project files may be broken.

Chris

Thanks, I did not have very many sites, so just moved all the sites in my nicepage folder to a backup folder. This cleared up the problem of creating a website on startup that could not be found. Thanks again.
