j'ai utilisé un bloc dans ma page "product" mais je ne peut pas modifié le titre et la page.

The Product control only shows the design and will output the exact product on your site that you have created in your live site. Looks like you are using WP so please create a product in your WooCommerce shop and then set it to be displayed in the Product control.
