Import Project Issues

You cannot import the exported HTML website or CMS theme/content back to Nicepage. Only exported "Project" can be imported for further editing:

You CANNOT import Nicepage project file either, because it does NOT allow you too. You need to ANSWER this topic rather than stating we cannot import HTML files which we already know. Nicepage project file exports as a ZIP and this, you CANNOT import. Please explain your route around this or provide a fix for this?

When you click the import button, and choose the project.zip file, what error are you getting?

I have the Nicepage plugin added to my wordpress site, but when I click on import, choose file, nothing happens. It is like the button isn't working to let me select the .zip file.

Hi Mark,

Could you please provide a short video that demonstrates the issue? In general, importing works this way: Nicepage >> Import >> Choose File >> select the archive with content (not a theme with content) >> then click "Upload and Import" >> you should see the progress icon or an error message if importing is not possible.
