Remote stylesheet and scripts

Is it possible to reference the stylesheet and scripts that are being loaded in the head as remote files? What I mean by this is these static HTML pages are being hosted by one host, but any components on the page (stylesheet, javascript, fonts, images) need to be on a different host.

You can add links to the external files under the Site Settings >> HTML >> Additional Head HTML.
