I find the graphic formatting of the menus to be functional but it is not like the sections, there is no menu library (?)

You can try the Header >> Change option. There will be the list of the presets. In those presets the menu is displayed in the button mode, but when you hover each design, you can see your menu changing in the editor window so you could preview.
