1) What is the difference in terms of custom colors between Business and Pro?

2) Can I use one purchase for several different domains with the Business and the Pro version?

There is no difference between Business and Pro in working with colors.
The Designer APP pack can be used to created websites for various domains.
Please let us know if you have any further questions.
