Hi, I have incorporated google tag manager on the nicepage builder in site settings> Google Tag Manager, but upon doing tests it didn't seem to work. I had to incorporate it directly in the code. Can i know what is the problem please?

Hi,

Do you see the GTM code generated by Nicepage in the page source?
It is possible if you exported the website from Desktop to CMS and CMS page uses the plugin template. In this case, the Desktop theme is not applied, and you need to add GTM ID under the plugin Site Settings too.
