When I am in the mobile menu the main page of the menu does not show up only the submenu pages are displayed. Can you help. Like: Using the Mobile menu.

Hi,
That is the correct behavior for the responsive menu. The parent items that do have subitems work as separators on the mobile devices as touch devices do not hover state.

This behavior doesn't make sense. It's not how the main menu works on non-mobile views. Are you saying I have to make an extra page to link to for all my mobile views? The behavior should be consistent in both environments. Obviously, I'm having the same problem and need help.

This behavior is not specific to Nicepage, it’s actually common across many responsive navigation systems.
On mobile devices, parent menu items with submenus are often used as triggers rather than direct links, because there is no hover state.
This is a standard UX pattern used in many frameworks and builders.
However, there is an alternative approach you can try:
In the menu settings, you can set:
Submenu Level >> with reload
