Logo position and size

Good day.

I'd appreciate your help regarding my logo position and size so that is centered and appears correctly in all views (desktops, laptops, tablets and both phone views. I do the following...

WordPress dashboard > Pages > New Page > sign into my Nicepage account > click Start with Blank Page > Click Element > Image > Image > Click the chose Image as my logo. The image, in the five different image views (ex. desktop, laptop, etc.), is different either in position (not centered) or too small in desktop and laptop. How do I resolve this?
