Good day,

I bought a 33789 Nicepage Pro Edition on 7 Nov 2020. When I try to download a high-quality picture from nicepage data bank it tells me to get a Premium plan. I click on already have the licence and tells me "activation was successful".But after all, it repeats it and doesn't let me download. It is like a loop you click and it is all over again. Can you fix it, please? My email info@kamfit.ca

Hi Artur,

Please attach a screenshot of the window where we could see what exact picture do you choose. Make sure that you choose the Medium size of the image.
