I am receiving an internal server error when I try to install the Joomla plug in. I have checked the configuration and I am not finding any problems on the site. this is a new site with the current version of Joomla and the current version of Nicepage that I am attempting to install. Any ideas why I would get this error?

Hi Steve,

Usually this error means that you have some security limitations or size limits on the server site. Please contact your hosting provider and as them to check what is blocking the installation of the Nicepage plug-in.

So apart from the website we build and have exported as a ZIP file (in order to later upload it on cPanel) we need to first install a Nicepage plug-in?
Could you please give me the link for this plug-in, because I've been trying to find what else it should be uploaded before the Zip-site-file (which I can't coz I receive a Server Internal Error, without any further info), but I can't seem to be able to find anything...
