Using the name from a form for the subject of the email

I have a form where people can send their credentials but id like their name to be in the subject for the email generated from the form. How do i do that? I have found no proper way to accomplish that and messing with the php script code has not given me the success id like to have either.

Hi,

Unfortunately, Nicepage Form does not provide the option to generate emails with the dynamic subject.
