I'm happy with my new site & it's nearly finished. BUT one thing worries me - not all of it is responsive. It used the page builder deleting pics, text & headings I didn't want. Text in mobile view is outside the grid on top of other text. Text with appropriate pics is split up. What is my best course of action to correct all this without completely re-doing the whole site? Why is Wordress, Joomla & HTML there for export? Thanks for your help.

Liz,

Try selecting each Block and pressing the "Reset Responsive" button.
You can export your site as HTML, or for WordPress and Joomla CMS.
