i also don,t want to use hamburger icon in mobile view, its project demand and if i use button option then it won,t be able to use feature of ANCHOR BLOCK scrolling effect for single page website, can you help with both these problem??

There is no way to switch off the hamburger menu for all mobile views. And also the simple Button control can be also linked to the anchor.
