Hi

I notice that some of the templates on the desktop app are not as complete as on the online editor.
Like this one :

Is this due to the trial version of the desktop app?
Or even if I buy the app, will it be an old version?

The page has the exact same sections when applied in the desktop application. Please provide some screenshots showing what parts are missing.
