Hello,
Because from the browser won't let me add another website and a pop-up appears (I attach the image) that tells me to switch to the premium system, when I AM ALREADY in the payment system ... my invoice is 20426244, where apart from the soft I also have the hosting and all the services of the payment plan that I have selected to start: "App Pack, Online Builder and Hosting"

What is the problem?

The message tells you exactly what the problem is. You have the designer pack license > Desktop software, you seem to be wanting to use the nicepage online version. Which is a different premium license type.

Hi Laura,

You have the Personal hosting license and that includes only one site, that's why you cannot add another site in your dashboard.
