The HTML Form is not an independent element. It can not be tested on-fly in the browser. You should upload the website to the server, configure it to send emails, and use one of the available submit options to send email.

Unfortunately, I'm still not quite understand exactly what kind of tests you want to make. But Nicepage provides Form elements as part of the single Contact Form. This Form is just an HTML form that cannot do anything without the server script. Nicepage provides such a script for email sending only.
