Why different Animations for Hover and Scroll ? Can you please insert the Animation Option for Scroll also for Hover. for Hover only 5 for Scroll 19 Thanks !

I wanna integrate one page that've been built by nicepage.com into a react project. All things go well such as CSS and Responsive Design, not but Animation doesn't work. Please help me.
