contact form, required option for dropdown doesn't work

first of all i like to say that i really love your tool, need some improvements but over all i like it very much.

i have a problem with the contact form select dropdown menu, when i used the required option its still let me sending
the form without choosing anything from the list.
if i use the list option its working, but for the dropdown not.

how to fix it?

Hi,

The required attribute is applied to the SELECT element. But the first item is always selected. Therefore there is no empty state for this control.

exactly.
i found out that in form 7 there is an option to add first line as blank(code: include_blank) please add this options of the dropdown settings.
like this required option will work in the dropdown menu.

really need that.

the same here.....dropdown with 5 items inside not transporting the selection from the dropdownlist...all other entries are send via the email form......there is a bug :-)
