Different menus for different countries

Is there a way to set different menus for different countries. The idea is for visitors to select country from a dropdown on the main menu and they are then taken to a different home page depending on country. Each country home page has the same menu - but with different links to country specific pages. E.g. there might be a menu item for product, but 'product' leads to a different page depending on country.
